Which of these sounds like you?
Every one of these is a real conversation I have had. Tap the one that fits.
I have no website at all People Google the business and find nothing, or find a competitor instead.
What I would recommend
This is the most common call I get, and the easiest to fix. You do not need fifteen pages and a custom design to start — you need the five pages a customer actually looks for, and a way to contact you in one tap.
Start here. If the site is bringing in work in a year and you want something bigger, upgrade then. Spending R15 000 before you know what your website does for you is the wrong order.
Standard Business Website
- Up to 5 pages
- WhatsApp integration
- Contact forms
- Google Maps
- SSL security
- Basic SEO setup
- Hosting included
- Maintenance included
I have a website, but it brings in nothing It looks fine, it has been up for years, and the phone never rings because of it.
What I would recommend
Send me the address before you spend anything. Sometimes the site is fine and the problem is that you have never claimed your Google Business Profile — that is free, and I will tell you so rather than sell you a rebuild.
When a rebuild genuinely is the answer, it is usually because the site never answered the four questions a customer has: what do you do, do you work near me, can I trust you, and how do I reach you right now.
Most rebuilds land on the Standard package. If you need more than five pages or want a custom design, it is the Premium build.
Standard Business Website
- Up to 5 pages, rebuilt properly
- Written for enquiries, not decoration
- WhatsApp integration
- Basic SEO setup
- Hosting and maintenance included
I want to sell products online I sell things, and right now every order goes through WhatsApp messages and manual EFT.
What I would recommend
The question is how many products. Up to twenty-five, the Standard store does everything you need: cart, secure checkout, PayFast and Yoco, EFT option, and order notifications so you know the moment something sells.
Past twenty-five products, or if you need customer accounts, stock levels, courier integration or discount codes, it is the Premium store. That one is bought outright.
Be honest with yourself about volume. A store built for five hundred products when you sell twelve is money spent on nothing.
Standard Online Store
- Up to 25 products
- Shopping cart and secure checkout
- PayFast and Yoco integration
- EFT payment option
- Order notifications
- WhatsApp support button
- Hosting and maintenance included
I am established and want something custom The website matters to how we win work, and it needs to look like we are serious.
What I would recommend
This is where buying outright makes sense. You pay once, the site belongs to your business, and you can move it to any host you like. Hosting is then billed separately, as a running cost rather than a rental fee on something you already own.
You get up to fifteen pages, a custom design rather than a set structure, advanced SEO groundwork, CRM integration and analytics. It is what medical practices, law firms and financial services usually take.
If your website is a serious part of how you get customers, owning the asset is worth the extra upfront.
Premium Business Website
- Up to 15 pages
- Custom design
- Lead generation funnels
- Advanced SEO structure
- CRM integration
- Blog functionality
- Analytics and Facebook Pixel
- You own the site outright
I need a system, not really a website Clients logging in, bookings, a dashboard, something that does a job rather than describes one.
What I would recommend
That is a web application, and it is a different kind of project — user logins and permissions, a database built around how you actually work, automation, and reporting.
Booking platforms, property portals, membership sites, learning platforms, client dashboards and internal CRMs all sit here.
These cannot be quoted from a price list. We start with a scoping call to work out what it genuinely needs to do, and you get a written quotation from that. The call costs nothing.
Web Application
- User logins and permissions
- Dashboards and reporting
- Custom databases
- Business automation
- Workflow management
- Custom integrations
None of these quite fit? Tell me what the business does and I will point you at the right one — including the cheaper option where that is the honest answer.

Domain names are bought and renewed separately, roughly R120 to R200 a year, and stay in your name.

Monthly, or buy it outright
Less about the number than about what you end up owning. Both are legitimate — here is the honest comparison.
A service, not a purchase
- One fee covers build, hosting, security and maintenance
- Nothing large to find upfront
- The technical side stops being your problem
- The site stays live while the plan is active
Stop paying and the site comes offline. I would rather say that plainly now than have you find out later.
An asset your business owns
- Paid once, and the site belongs to you
- Custom design and advanced functionality
- Hosting billed separately each month
- Move it to another host whenever you want
Costs more upfront. Worth it if the website is a serious part of how you get customers.
Straight answers
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. You get a written price before any work starts and that is what you pay. Anything outside what we agreed gets quoted separately, and you decide. You will never open an invoice with something on it you did not approve.
On the monthly plan, do I own the website?
No — the monthly plan is a managed service. The fee covers the build, hosting, security and maintenance, and the site stays live while the plan is active. If owning it outright matters to you, take a Premium build. That is exactly what it is for.
What are the costs you have not listed?
A domain, roughly R120 to R200 a year, registered in your name. That is it. On a Premium build, hosting is billed monthly and I will tell you the exact amount before you commit.
Can I start monthly and upgrade later?
Yes. Plenty of businesses start Standard and move to a Premium build once they are busier and need more from it. Tell me when you are ready and I will quote the upgrade.
How do I pay?
EFT. Payment confirms the booking and the onboarding email goes out straight away.
Why are your prices lower than a Johannesburg quote?
Because Pretoria sits in the cheaper half of the South African market. Johannesburg and Cape Town agencies charge noticeably more for comparable work. You should not pay a Sandton premium for a business operating in Pretoria.
Get a written price
Tell me what your business does and what you want the site to bring in. You will get a written price — or an honest no if I am not the right fit for the job.
