How it actually works
I run this agency on my own. I do the talking, the quoting, the planning and the follow-up. Every message you send comes to me, and every answer comes back from me.
Behind that I work with a small team of specialists — developers, designers and technical support who handle production. That is how a one-person agency delivers a proper website in seven working days rather than three months.
I mention this because plenty of agencies pretend to be bigger than they are, with stock photos of a team that does not exist. I would rather tell you the truth: you are hiring one person who is accountable to you, with real capacity behind him.
What that means for you
You never have to explain your business twice. There is no account handover, no “let me check with the team and come back to you next week”, and no chance of your project falling between two people who each assumed the other had it.
It also means I will tell you when I am not the right fit. A one-person agency can afford to turn work down. That is usually better for both of us.
Why “Cold Start”
A cold start is what engineers call it when a machine that has been sitting dead comes up under its own power. It is the moment something goes from nothing to running.
That is the job. Most people who call me have no website, or one that never worked properly. They do not need a rebrand or a strategy deck. They need the thing switched on and working, at a price they agreed to beforehand.
How I work
Fixed prices, written down
You get the price before anything starts, in writing. If you later ask for something outside what we agreed, I quote it separately and you decide. You will never open an invoice with something on it you did not approve.
Plain language
If I use a technical word I will explain it. You should not need to understand DNS records or SSL certificates to buy a website, and you certainly should not be made to feel stupid for asking.
Honest answers, including inconvenient ones
If the cheaper package is right for you, I will say so. If your existing site can be repaired rather than replaced, I will tell you that too. If what you want is not going to bring in the enquiries you are hoping for, you will hear it before you spend the money, not after.
Your domain stays yours
Registered in your name, controlled by you. A domain held by someone else is the single most common way small businesses get trapped with a provider they want to leave, and I will not do that to you.

Small and growing businesses across Pretoria and the rest of South Africa. Contractors, security companies, medical and legal practices, estate agents, churches, consultants and online stores.
What they have in common is not an industry. It is that the website has a job to do — bring in enquiries — and it is currently not doing it.
